User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information for all verification requests.
• Obtain proper consent from individuals whose data is being submitted for verification.
• Use verification reports only for lawful and intended purposes.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or share verification reports without authorization.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data privacy and background checks.

Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is required before or upon initiation of verification services, as per the agreed payment schedule.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other modes as specified.
• Invoices will be provided for all transactions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service initiation.
• If the verification process has already commenced, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion based on work completed.
• No refunds will be issued for completed verification reports.
• Cancellations can be requested by contacting our support team via email or phone.

Accuracy & Limitations

• We strive to provide accurate and reliable verification results based on the information and sources available to us.
• Verification results are dependent on the accuracy of information provided by clients and the responsiveness of third-party sources (universities, employers, government bodies, etc.).
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and are not liable for decisions made solely based on our reports.
• Reports are provided for informational purposes and should be used as one factor among many in your decision-making process.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Authenticity Checker and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from our website without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Upon termination, any outstanding payments remain due, and sections of these Terms that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnal, Haryana. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
